Don't know of any heretical sects but obviously the Pentecostal
denomination puts a higher emphasis on the Holy Spirit than other
denominations. In the early 90's there was an event know as 'The
Toronto Blessing' a vineyard church in Toronto had a massive out pouring
of the holy spirit and it spread like wildfire from there all over the
world, including prominently to HTB [Holy Trinity Brompton] in
Knightsbridge. At the time lots of people accused these churches of
putting to much emphasis on the Holy Spirit, some also thought the whole
thing was mass hysteria.
