W I F E

Probably the most ancient of the stories here.

I wrote it around the same time (1995) as the stories Mr Kipling,

Flies I and Flies II which appear in Adventures.

(It has, in truth, been published before: in Concrete, the UEA student newspaper.)

At one point I intended this to be the last Adventure in Capitalism.

I think everyone else thinks it’s just too nasty to publish.
